What we check before anything goes live
These run automatically, in seconds, on every submission. The first seven are hard stops — fail one and we do not accept the submission and never open the payment step, so there is nothing to refund.
- Complete submission — every field filled, pitch between 40 and 240 characters, no links or HTML in it.
- HTTPS — the address you give us is secure.
- Not already listed — the domain is not in the directory or already waiting in the queue.
- Content policy — no adult, gambling, pharma, crypto-doubler or follower-selling sites.
- The site answers — your URL returns a healthy response.
- No domain hop — it does not redirect to a different domain than the one you submitted.
- A real product — not a parking page, a placeholder or a “coming soon”.
Three more are softer. Fail one of these after paying and the listing goes to us for a manual look within 48 hours instead of publishing straight away — and if we cannot publish it, you get a full refund.
- Title and description — your page carries real metadata we can build a listing from.

Questions people actually ask
How long does the free queue take?
There is no honest answer with a date in it. Free submissions wait for a human to test the tool, and that queue moves as fast as one person moves. If a date matters to you, that is exactly what the paid lane is for.
So what am I paying for?
Time, and nothing else. The checks run automatically, so nothing waits for me. You get your own page at freeaitools.net/tool/your-name/, rendered on the server so search engines read it without running JavaScript, plus your place in the category and in the on-site search.
Does paying get me a score?
No. Scores come only after we test a tool ourselves, and paid entries carry “pending review” until that happens. A directory that sells its scores is worth nothing to the people who read it, which would make your listing worth nothing too.
Are the links dofollow?
No. Paid listings link out with rel="sponsored" and free community entries with rel="ugc" — that is what Google asks for on paid and user-submitted placements. If a backlink is the only thing you want, save your money.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes, automatically, by email. EU companies with a VAT number we can verify in VIES are invoiced with reverse charge; buyers outside the EU get an invoice with no Polish VAT. The price you see is the price you pay — VAT is already inside it.
Can I change or remove my listing later?
Yes. Mail [email protected] and we will edit or take it down.
